Our project at Ashtead Lodge required the conversion of a listed country house into 10 luxury apartments, for which Elston received an award from Mole Valley District Council. The project was carried out by closely partnering with the local conservation officer, who took particular interest throughout and, on completion, made comments to local newspapers about how refreshing it had been to work with Elston. Inside, the flats featured all that you would expect from an Elston finish, plus high-quality bathrooms, integrated kitchens, built-in iPod docking and entertainment systems and fantastic landscaped communal areas.
