Situated in the Phillimores, a landmark gated development in Kensington, this was a £1.2 million fast-track project. Our work included an open-plan basement that created a wonderful kitchen and family room with fully opening bifold doors to the rear garden. The house was completely refurbished in six months, with features including Cedar of Lebanon dressing room, marble and stone bathrooms with purpose-made vanity units with stainless steel and glass cabinets. One of the most stunning aspects was the afromosia parquet floor in the drawing room.
